At Herôme, you work at the intersection of innovation, marketing, creativity, and technology. You explore opportunities, build smart prototypes, and help make AI an integral part of our way of working.

What are you going to do?
AI is central to Herôme. We are working organization-wide on GPTs and agents that help departments with their daily tasks and operations. As an AI intern, you will research, test, and implement tools and applications that make our work smarter, primarily focused on marketing. & creative, but also for other departments. We will determine the exact scope together, based on your expertise and the current priorities within our organization. You will work closely with our marketing and development team.

Your AI focus at Herôme
•  Benchmarking GPT workflows: investigate which LLMs and settings deliver the best quality, speed, and consistency per step.
•  Accelerate the GEO transition: structure product and content information so that AI search and response engines better understand, correctly cite, and recommend Herôme.
•  Improving multilingual and multi-market content: test which models deliver the best brand consistency and cultural quality per market and language.
•  Making knowledge bases more reliable: test which models and settings provide the most accurate answers for teams such as Marketing, Warehouse, and Supply Chain.
•  From insight to application: build, test, and document working AI pilots with colleagues so that solutions can actually be used.

What we are looking for
•  You are pursuing a higher professional or university degree program in which AI and/or innovation is central, such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Creative Technology, or Business Innovation; or you have demonstrable affinity with AI, tooling, and automation.
•  You are available from August/September 2026 through January/February 2027 and live in Almere or the surrounding area.
•  You draw energy from the intersection of technology and marketing and are not afraid to experiment.
•  You have a good command of both Dutch and English.
•  You are curious about generative AI, LLMs, automation, and how technology creates value in an organization.
•  You can work independently, but actively seek collaboration with colleagues and users.
•  You combine technical interest with a practical perspective: you want to deliver something that works.
•  Experience with AI tools, automation, GEO, or LLM applications is a plus, but your curiosity, eagerness to learn, and initiative are at least as important.
