If you ordered the products before 15:00, they will be packed the same day and sent to the delivery service. Within the Netherlands, the delivery service will deliver the package the following working day.

The Netherlands: under €30,- you pay €2,95,-. Above €30,- the shipping costs are free.

Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg: under €30,- you pay €5,-. Above €30,- the shipping is free.

EU: Minimum order value of €50,-. Shipping costs are €10,-.

Outside EU: Minimum order value of €50,-. Shipping costs are €25,-.

Returns

Still not satisfied with your new purchase? You have the right to return an item free of charge within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). Within this period you may view and assess the article as you would in a store.
