Did you order the products before 15:00? Then it will be packed and handed over to the delivery service that same day. Within the Netherlands, the delivery service will deliver the package the following working day.

The Netherlands: under the €30, - you pay €2,95, -. Above the €30, - shipping costs are free.

Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg: under the €30, - you pay €5, -. Above the €30, - shipping costs are free.

EU: Minimum order value of € 50, -. The shipping costs are € 10, -.

Outside the EU: Minimum order value of € 50, -. The shipping costs are € 25, -.

Not satisfied with your new purchase? You have the right to return an item free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). Within this period, you may examine and assess the item just as you would in a store.

To enable you to exercise your right of return, we ask you to first contact our customer service via +31 (0)36 52 10 130 or info@herome.com. Op Open on working days from 08:30 to 17:00. Our customer service will then provide you with the instructions for the return shipment.
