Cuticle Softening Pen

Little oil, hard, stiff stick to push back cuticles, not pleasant. I did have good contact with customer service about this, but unfortunately, I won't be using the product. For me, unfortunately, an (expensive) bad purchase.

I prefer applying oil to the cuticle with Wonderpen Cuticle Night Repair (soft brush) and then gently push the cuticle back with a regular cuticle pusher. It is gentler on the nails and m.i. more pampering.

It has to be twisted a lot and hardly any oil comes out. It doesn't improve my cuticles. Too bad.

I picked this up to try out alongside other products. The pen I received was dry, so it didn't work. After an initial, rather disappointing response to this problem, I sent an email back. I then received a reply stating that I was right and that there was something wrong with the pen, and that I was being sent a new one. I have since received this one and have been able to use it. I don't really know yet what to think of it or if I would buy it again.
