You know the feeling: you do your best with your nails, but they still keep breaking. While washing dishes, typing, unpacking something. And then again... It's not your fault. Nails become brittle due to moisture, chemicals, gel removal, or simply a predisposition. A quick coat of polish does nothing then. There are three strengths, so you can always find the variant that suits your nails.
How do you use the Nail Hardeners?
The treatment works best if you apply it consistently to a clean, dry nail plate.
- Start with clean, dry nails. No polish, no oil.
- Apply a thin layer over the entire nail plate.
- Apply a second coat the next day.
- On the 3rd day, remove the two layers with the Caring Nail Polish Remover and repeat steps 2. & 3.
- Repeat this daily for 30 days.

What exactly is a nail hardener?
A nail hardener is an active nail treatment that strengthens the nail plate from within with active ingredients such as keratin or provitamin B5. Unlike a regular base coat, a nail hardener provides structural reinforcement: the nail plate becomes harder and less susceptible to breaking and splitting. You apply it daily during a treatment period of 30 days.
Which nail hardener do I choose?
The right choice depends on your nail type. Choose Nail Hardener Strong if your nails regularly break or split. Choose Extra Strong if your nails are extremely brittle and barely grow. Choose Sensitive if your nails are slightly damaged or sensitive, or if you are looking for a daily base coat that you can also use under colored polish.
How long does it take before I see results?
Most users notice that their nails feel firmer after two to three weeks. After the full 30-day treatment, the difference is clearly visible and palpable. For permanently stronger nails, repeat the treatment four times a year.
Does a nail hardener also work after gel removal?
Yes, but start with recovery first. After gel or acrylic removal, your nails are weakened. Therefore, start with the Exit Damaged Nails to repair your nails and only then switch to a nail hardener such as the Nail Hardener Extra Strong.
