About the job
As a Social Media Specialist at Herome, you are responsible for the daily growth and activation of our social channels. You translate our brand strategy into compelling content, build an engaged community, and ensure that Herome is visible and relevant on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. — and possibly Pinterest and Snapchat later on as well. Each channel has its own target audience, rhythm, and tone. You know how to adapt to that on each platform, while Herome always remains Herome.
You work closely with the Fire & Media Partnerships Coordinator on influencer and creator collaborations and together ensure that every collaboration fits the brand. You are managed by the Fire & Media Partnerships Coordinator and the Head of Marketing. You are given clear guidelines and grow in responsibility step by step.
Content creation & publication
- Coming up with and producing Reels, posts, Stories, and short videos
- Contribute to recurring formats and series that align with the content calendar
- Creating content that answers frequently asked customer questions
- Filming, writing, and editing
AI-first working
You work AI-first, but always human. AI tools help you bring speed and structure, but you safeguard content, direction, nuance, and quality. No automatically generated output without human judgment.
- Using AI for research, copywriting, planning, and optimization
- Always safeguard the tone, reliability, and brand feeling

Community & interaction
- Actively respond to comments and DMs
- Using signals from the community as input for new content&
- Building trust through clear, human communication
Influencers, creators & UGC
- Together with the Brand & Media Partnerships Coordinator: setting up and managing influencer collaborations
- Brief creators and assess content for quality and Herome feel
- Ensuring that UGC contributes to trust, not just reach
Data, structure & grow
- Working with a clear content plan and deadlines
- Weekly review of the figures: what works, what doesn't, and what we can improve
- Actively improve your content based on data and feedback
