Marketing Lead

As Marketing Lead, you will lead the next growth phase of our marketing organization.

We are looking for a Marketing Lead who transforms a strong Dutch brand into an AI-driven marketing organization, realizes further growth, and brings brand, team, and technology together.

Herome is a Dutch, internationally operating brand specializing in professional hand, nail, foot, and eye care products. We combine expertise, education, and daily self-care, and are actively building further international growth.

What you are going to do

As Marketing Lead, you will lead the next phase of our marketing development.

You:

· Builds a scalable, AI-driven marketing organization focused on growth, efficiency, and personalization.

• Drives brand growth through retail, e-commerce, and marketplaces.

· Strengthens and positions the brand nationally and internationally.

· Develops a marketing system that continuously learns and improves.

• Focuses on visibility, authority, and conversion.

• You are ultimately responsible for marketing KPIs such as growth, visibility, conversion, and return.

You ensure that Herome is visible, relevant, and distinctive online, in retail, within AI environments, and on digital platforms and marketplaces.

AI as a foundation

AI is a structural part of our marketing strategy.

You:

· Implements AI tools and workflows to make content production, analysis, and campaign optimization smarter and more efficient.

• Develops an AI-driven way of working together with the team in which technology and brand consistency go hand in hand.

· Works with (Custom) GPT and prompt libraries.

You use AI to work more efficiently, enhance personalization, and increase marketing return.

Team & leadership

You lead a marketing team of 5 colleagues and together ensure a strong and growing marketing organization. In doing so, you work closely with sales, e-commerce, and product development.

You develop AI and data literacy, create ownership, and ensure clarity regarding responsibilities.

You bring along

At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience

Experience managing a marketing team

Demonstrable experience with the automation of marketing processes

Experience with AI, LLMs, or marketing automation

Systems thinking instead of standalone campaigns

The courage to make clear choices

Experience within categories where brand experience and consumer trust are central is a plus.
